A 4-Step, Simplified Skin Care Routine
Let’s get back to the basics. Regardlessof your unique skin biology and concerns, a skincare routine should always consist of the following 4 steps:
Cleanse: Start by cleansing your skin with a facial wash. Cleansing in the morning will help ensure sweat, oils, and dead skin cells that have accumulated overnight are removed. For dry skin types, rinsing with plain water alone can work for the morning. At night, cleansing with a facial cleanser should never be compromised or skipped. This will help remove makeup, skincare applied in the morning, pollutants, sweat, and debris your skin collected throughout the day. Moisturize: Lock in hydration by following up with a facial moisturizer.
