Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

Domestic shipping rates and delivery times

  • Standard Delivery: FREE
  • Pending order processing: orders will arrive within 7-10 business days
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses take additional time

Note: Due to high volume of orders, COVID-19 or postal service problems, there may be delays in delivery times.

How do i check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours after receiving the email for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@myrevea.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
